Does Loyvero adapt to the country where my business operates?
For supported markets, Loyvero applies country-specific product settings where relevant, including settings related to privacy, consent, tax treatment and available customer features. Because legal requirements can also depend on your individual business, Loyvero does not replace professional legal or tax advice.
What customer information can my business access?
When customers choose to sign in through Loyvero to claim a reward, their email address is shown in your Loyvero customer dashboard. If they later choose to add optional profile details, authorised staff can also view their first name, mobile number, birthday, town or city, marketing preferences and reward activity. This helps you build a direct relationship with your customers. Customer details may only be used for marketing when the customer has provided the required consent.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes. You can submit a cancellation at any time, and there is no long-term contract. For a paid subscription, one calendar month’s notice applies. Cancellation during the free trial takes effect immediately.
